About me
I’m a UX researcher who thrives on solving complex problems, adapting my approach to fit each team, project, and context.
I’ve worked across complex problems and varied contexts, always guided by curiosity and a focus on clarity. From early exploration to live testing, I aim to bring structure to ambiguity and help teams stay connected to the people they’re building for.
I leverage a wide range of UX research methods and tools to generate actionable insights, including usability testing, diary studies, concept testing and evaluation, surveys, solution validation, occlusion click testing, cognitive load testing, problem validation, in-depth interviews, journey mapping, personas, baseline inspection, System Usability Scale (SUS), card sorting, tree testing, remote moderated testing, rapid and iterative research, conjoint analysis, A/B testing, task analysis, heuristic evaluation, user flows, and competitive benchmarking. I’m also proficient with research and design tools such as R, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Qualtrics, Figma, Salesforce, Excel, Google Suite, Dscout, and UserTesting.
